On the second day  we will hike by  ultimate Inca Jungle Trail. This make our company one of the few tour operators who know about this optional jungle Inca trail.

DAY 1: BEGIN INCA JUNGLE TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU

Cusco - Abra Malaga - Santa Maria
Pick up from your hotel, hostel or homestay from Cusco.
Transport to Abra Málaga(Starting biking point).
Start the adventure on a bicycle.
Rafting or free afternoon.
Dinner and information from your guide to you for the following day.

DAY 2: TREKKING IN THE ULTIMATE INCA TRAIL

Santa Maria – Cocalmayo hotsprings - Santa Teresa
Breakfast.
Hiking and visit to local houses.
Lunch in Quellomayo
Time to relax in the thermal baths of Cocalmayo.
Dinner and information for the following day.

DAY 3: ZIPLINE AND WALK  TO AGUAS CALIENTES

Santa Teresa - Hydroelectric - Aguas Calientes
Enjoy the zip line after breakfast.
Hike from Hidroelectrica to Aguas Calientes.

DAY 4: DISCOVER MACHU PICCHU ON YOUR WAY

Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Ollantaytambo – Cusco
Breakfast.
Guided visit to Machu Picchu.
Hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Montaña (if you book this in advance)
Enjoy the train trip from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.
Transportation from Ollantaytambo to Cusco.

Day 1: Cusco - Abra Málaga - Santa María

We will begin our Inca jungle to Machu Picchu picking up you from 7:00 to 7:30 am from your respective hotel or hostel. We will ahead to Abra Málaga 4233 meter high . We will drive across the sacred valley and stop in Ollantaytambo for about 20 minutes. There you  can use the hygienic services, buy snack or something  that you forgot to buy in Cusco.

We will continue the trip in the direction of Santa Maria. Once we arrive to Abra Malaga our  tour guide will give you the biking equipment and a necessary explanation to begin the adventure in our Mountain bike  to Huaman Marca.

Our descent by bikes is until Huaman Marca for 3 hours approximately this route will be in the asphalted road where the whole route is almost downhill. During the tour we will see  change of micro-climates very quickly and we will take our time to enjoy the  unique landscapes from strategic view points.

When you will arrive to Huaman Marca you will leave the bicycles to continue in our transport until Santa Maria where we will enjoy the lunch and in a local restaurant.

After lunch in Santa Maria, We will enjoy the rafting  on the Quillabamba river for 20 km or 2 hours approximately where you will spend a moment full of adrenaline and a lot of fun as this river has fast class 2 and 3.

In the evening you will have a dinner with your tour guide where he will provide all the information for the following day.  Finally you will spend the night in Santa Maria.

Day 2: Santa Maria - Thermal Baths of Cocalmayo - Santa Teresa

We will start the day approximately 6:00 am with a delicious breakfast. Then we will start the trek for about 7 hours by  Inca jungle trek  we will pass by local houses where you can observe the extraction of cacao, caffe, coca, tropical fruits, etc.

A little after midway we will have the opportunity to hike along the Inca trail that surrounds the mountain Huarcarcasa. In the afternoon we will arrive at Qellomayu where we will have a delicious local lunch and about 30 minutes to rest a little. We continue with the jungle inca trail for approximately 2:30 hours until the thermal baths of Cocalmayo. There  you will organize with your guide to stay as long as you want to relax in the thermal baths.

Later you will continue to the town of Santa Teresa where you will have dinner and get information for the  next day you will Spend the night in Santa Teresa.

Day 3: Santa Teresa - Hydroelectrica - Aguas Calientes

We will start our tour with a powerful breakfast then we will drive for 10 minutes until Zipline campsite. Once we get all equipment and briefing from our guide, we will start with start this amazing experience. You all have the chance to enjoy one of the biggest Zipline in Peru. Cables are set up mountain to mountain.  This means you will cross by sara sara valley and enjoy the beautiful mountain from this high cables.

After finish our crazy experience in the Santa Tereza Zipline . We will drive for 30 minutes until Hydroelectric where we will enjoy our lunch and a small nap before start our hike to Aguas Calientes, there is 11 km from hydroelectric to Aguas Calientes. Usually people finish this hike in 2 oe 3 hours. then we will arrive to our hostel in AC.  Your guide will let you know what time all group will meet in order to enjoy the last diner together. Also your guide will give you the last information for Machu Picchu.

Important:  if for any reason you can not continue or you fell tired to walk to Machu Picchu you should buy you bus tickets for the next day, don't be shy to ask to your guide where you can find it. bus up (one way) to Machu Picchu cost 12 $ per person, you will spend the nigh in aguas calientes.

Day 4: Aguas Calientes - Machu picchu - Cusco

This day all group will get up early and will divide for a couple hours . This is because some people will rather take the bus then hike up to Machu Picchu for 1:30 hrs approximately. Any way you chose, all group will meet in front of the main gate Machu Picchu. after meet all group. Your guide will take you inside of Machu Picchu and show you around and explain about this amazing archeological site.

Once you guide finish his work with you for 2 hours in Machu Picchu . He will said you good bye.  Then you will have the time to explore Machu Picchu by your self . then you have to go back to Aguas Calientes and take the train back to Ollantaytambo,  There our transfer or driver will be looking for you outside of train station. then he will take you back to cusco and drop you near to Plaza de Armas or Plaza San Francisco. end of our Machu Picchu jungle trek.
