if you are traveling in a group we just need one booking form with all information we will asked to you , make sure you send us all passports of tour team.

Steps you need to follow to book with Inka Altitude:

1. check availability ( send us an e-mail to info@inkaltitude.com )

3. Send us Passport copy us attachment file to info@inkaltitude.com

4. Make your fist deposit amount by:
- wester union ( if you want to use this metod please ask our seller send you the information).
- PayPal (e-mail to send your deposit info@inkaltitude.com )

5. confirm you received our invoice summary and tour confirmation.

Note: Passport is important you don’t have to forget it (bring it all tour with you), if for any reason you got a new passport after we bought your Machupicchu entrance fee you must bring with you the old one and new one (clear copies of both send to us).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment:
booking with inka altitude will be confirm one you make a deposit of $ US 150 per person, this will secure your ticket get into Machupiccchu . The final balance amount can be pay in cusco with American Dollaras or Peruvian Soles at lest 2 days before your departure without any taxes increment amount . however it can be paid in advance through PayPal with the 8% of taxes. 

it is possible to pay also day before you departure ,if for any situation you cannot arrive on 2 day before you trek  however you must send a message telling us you will be pay one day before departure. All tours price have to be paid before you go in.
Train tickets will be confirmed once the full amount has been paid

Non – Refundable ,Not- transferable Deposit

Tour and trek need a deposit in order to confirm your pass to Machu Picchu and other organization details, Deposit amount as soon as we recive it we will used to reserve you pass and others. First deposit are fully non – refundable or you can not transfer your deposit to another person’s trek.
Your can do you first deposit by PayPal with 8% taxes. Or western union.
with the 8% of taxes.

Changes Policy:
If for any reason you cannot go in the tour or trek, we can organize  a different way to arrive to Machupicchu , a option could be by train however the day you must arrived to Machupicchu must be the same day you  book in advance in order to continuum using the restaurant, hotel, guide and  ticket to Machupicchu, however the train going to Aguas Calientes and buss have to be afford by you.
Change the day of departure to the trek  in 24 hours prior to departure  you have to pay a penalty 30% of final price for the tour. 
Change the day of departure to the treks  up 24 hours prior to departure you have to pay a penalty 20% of final price for the tour. 

Itinerary:
Tours have a itineraries and we follow most of the time what is planning  however sometimes there are things like political climate, weather, road ,,river (weather conditions or political climate can are not refunded ) who can make us to change or cancel the tour with not a remunerable price. 
also if you need to agreed more days to your tour or less days you must tell us at list 2 days in before day departure to change you itinerary, sometimes this can affect to the final amount paid for the trek because  we will need  extra founds to change it.

Cancelations:
If you cancel your tour up  seven days  before departure 20% (just if you pay total price tour)will be given back to you personally in the office or hotel where you are staying in cusco and not deposit In any bank or money account .
If you cancel your tour in six or one  days before departure deposit amout will not give back  100%  lost it.

Fitness and medical releases:
All passenger are allow to complete satisfactorily a trek however everyone run in his own decision and responsibility to rich a trek , people  who is over 60 year old have to bring with him a special medical releases and be careful about his health conditions .
We recommend strongly all to our passenger spend  at  list  two days  before go in the trek and walk around  cusco. Also to start drinking a extra liters of water couples days before star you adventure. 
Any complication with the passenger after start the trek he must decide continuum or not the trek with not a remunerable tou, any cost to go back cusco have to be afford by the passenger. 

Travel insurance:
People traveling and having fun with adventure activities must bring a travel insurance from their country . Every traveller need to buy it by their own. Travel insurance provides you with trip cancellation or interruption, travel delay, medical expenses, emergency assistance, baggage and baggage delay coverage to protect your financial investment.

Complaints:
Any complain can be solving during the trip, just talking with the tour guide or assistant. If the problem is not solve in the trip; the passenger can talk with a manager or a representative of Inka Altitude Company in front of the tour guide. We can solve the problems only if we know about the situation. If a passenger informs us about the problem immediately, and we do not anything for solve the problem, passenger has a right to claim compensation. The problem remain unsolved a complaint, the passenger have to write to ourselves.

Responsibilities:
Inka Altitude Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any travel arrangements when deemed necessary. We are not responsible for any extra money expense, sickness, illness, accidental and other irregularities that are caused by the companies that provide us with services related to the trip, we will not  be responsible for any changes in the trip caused by climatic or political changes.
